Burton has been a professional artist for almost 50 years. Being initially
inspired by Victorian watercolours, he has visited
almost every county in the U.K. producing paintings, predominately in
watercolour, of the rapidly changing countryside, towns and villages.
Ken also paints in Acrylics on cotton canvas board; a looser style
combining brush and palette knife. In this Derbyshire collection Ken
captures the life and the season of landscapes and village scenes in each
painting, presenting a delightful and contemporary view of our rural
setting. |
